The 6th International Journalist Honor Seminar and Conference of Indian Journalist Association and the 6th Foundation Day of The Republican Times were organized under the joint aegis of Indian Journalist Association, Madhepura District Unit and The Republican Times, Digital Hindi Dainik News Portal at Kala Bhawan Auditorium located at Madhepura District Headquarters. to be done. In which the seminar was a serious reflection on the condition of journalism and journalists in the current circumstances. At the beginning of the program, tribute was paid to the oil painting of Dr. Devashish Bose by offering flowers.

 Addressing the programme, the chief guest, National President of the Indian Journalist Association, Seraj Ahmed Qureshi, presented his views in the programme, which was run by journalists from different states of the country including Nepal. In the current journalism, everyone expressed concern at the various levels of commission instead of mission.

 National President Seraj Ahmed Qureshi, while addressing hundreds of journalists participating in the program, said that journalism is not only the fourth pillar of democracy but also life. People from all sections of the society have faith in this. It is everyone's responsibility to maintain it. Media has the power to shape public discourse, challenge authority and hold governments accountable. He also shed light on the problems faced by journalists. He said that the organization is continuously fighting for the welfare of journalists. There is a demand from the government that it should also be serious towards journalists from its level. In his address, he appealed to the journalists to do true journalism without fear. Senior journalist Mohammad Zakir Hussain, former minister of Nepal government, while emphasizing on keeping journalism rumour-free, said that journalism will always be a need of the society, hence its credibility should remain intact.

 The guests were honored with shawls and mementos. Raziur Rahman, Editor-in-Chief of The Republican Times and Prasanna Singh Rathore, Guest Editor. Hundreds of journalists honored with Devashish Bose Journalism Award and grand cultural evening organized to be done.

 Former MP Rajesh Ranjan alias Pappu Yadav, National President of Janadhikar Party, who inaugurated the program, while addressing the journalists, said that journalism is a mission and should not be done for commission. Journalism should not be influence by money, power, caste and religion.

 On this occasion, the coordinator of the program was Rajiur Rahman, editor-in-chief of The Republican Times and state general secretary of the Indian Journalist Association, special guest Dr. Parvez Alam, special guest Avadh Pradesh President Mohd. Anwarul Haq, Bihar state unit president Randhir Kumar Samrat, Isteyak Ahmed, Professor Firoz Mansoori, Pankaj Jha, K. M. Raj, Preeti Yadav, Ruhi Singh and Mohd. Sultan Akhtar, Pankaj Jha, KM Raj, Pramod Jha, Prem Shila Yadav, Journalist Amit Kumar Anshu, Wasim Akhtar, Shubhkaran Kumar, Ravikant Kumar, Mahtab Ahmed, Imdad Alam, Arif Alam. , Mithilesh Kumar, Prince Kumar, Irshad Adil etc. also expressed their views. The role of about two dozen journalists from Nepal was discussed in the programme.

 Journalists were also awarded Debashish Bose Journalism Award citation and memento.

 At the end of the program, the program concluded with a pledge for honest and meaningful journalism. State General Secretary of the organization Rajiur Rahman said that it was a good fortune to welcome journalists from different states and countries in Madhepura. The program was conducted by announcer cum independent journalist Harsh Vardhan Singh Rathore.

 Hundreds of Journalists like Karunakar Ram Tripathi, Sarfaraz Alam, Mujahid Islam, Rakesh Singh, Ghulam Sarwar, Mohammad Mokhtar, Farog ur Rehman, Pramod Chaudhary, Mujahid Alam, Shahid Ali Vipin Kumar etc. were present in this program.
